A booking-first website for a Front Range HVAC company
A new site for a Fort Collins heating and cooling company that puts same-day booking, a maintenance membership and upfront pricing on the first screen, and loads in under a second on a phone.

The brief
Foothill Comfort serves Fort Collins, Loveland and the Northern Colorado Front Range. Most of their calls come from a phone on a hot afternoon or a cold night, and the old site made that caller hunt for a number. They wanted three things above the fold: book now, call now, and proof that the company is worth trusting.
What we did
- One job per screen. The hero carries the promise, two actions and a review count. The trust strip underneath answers the four questions every homeowner asks: licensed, same-day, certified, guaranteed.
- A membership worth reading about. The Comfort Club has its own panel with the price, what it includes and one button, so maintenance revenue is not buried in a service list.
- Six services, one pattern. Each service card says what it is, what it costs to find out, and where to go next. Adding a seventh is a copy-and-paste for the owner.
- Built for the phone first. The photo moves under the copy on small screens, buttons stack to full width, and the whole page ships as a single lightweight document with two photos.
- Owned end to end. Domain, repository and hosting in the company's name, with a one-file place to change hours, phone number and service areas.
The result
A home page that scores 100 on Lighthouse performance, paints its main image in 1.1 s, and puts a booking button within one thumb's reach on every screen size.
